MNTAC (Formerly known as TALC) stands for Minnesota Theater Accountability Coalition. It is a collection of volunteer theater makers in the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul that are looking for ways to create a better standard of working practices for technicians, performing artists and artists of all ages. We are creating a set of standards, with buy in from many leaders of artistic organizations, that will be used statewide to keep all artists from experiencing harassment, emotional, physical or sexual harm or discrimination while learning or creating in the arts, and ensure safe working conditions for everyone, no matter how large or small the organization.
